Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Sonic Private Limited provides IT services, including digital products, web hosting, software setup, and professional/project-based work. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations are available. There are no physical product returns or return shipping.

1. Digital Products & Instant Access Services

Due to the intangible nature of downloadable files, licenses, templates, and instant-access tools:

• Sales are final and non-refundable once access, a license, or a download link has been delivered.
• If you cannot access or download a product because of a technical issue on our side, contact business@adigitalsonic.com and we will restore access or provide a replacement copy.

2. Web Hosting & Recurring IT Services

• First-time hosting plans: A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the hosting service fee if you cancel within the first 30 days of the initial term, provided the account has not been suspended for policy violations.
• Domain names, SSL certificates, and third-party add-ons: Non-refundable once registered or provisioned.
• Renewals: Recurring charges are non-refundable after they are processed. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• Policy violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

3. Custom / Project-Based IT Services

This includes setup, configuration, development, design, consulting, or other scoped work.

• Before work starts: Full refund of the deposit or upfront fee if you cancel before any work has begun.
• Work in progress: A partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, after deducting time already spent.
• After delivery or approval: No refund once deliverables, credentials, or completed work have been approved or handed over.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email business@adigitalsonic.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Order/Invoice #]".
• Include your name, purchase date, service ordered, and reason.
• We will respond within 2 to 5 business days.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
